As a sequel to a post I authored last week  about the top 20 A-list Twitterers (What's With These 20 A-lIst Twitterers...Too Good for Us?) that have follower-to-following ratios well above 8-to-1. Here is my sequel list - the top 20 A-List Twitterers with follower-to-following ratios well below 2-to-1.

Compare the two lists...see any differences? 

If the first list lives in social media castles (or uses Twitter with appropriate discretion depending on your view)? Does this second list constitute the social media gossip girls, narcissists and attention seekers of Twitter? or are they using social media as it was intended to be - social, two way and about building connections.
