Michael Seaton is one smart, committed guy. Not only was Michael able to transform a Scotiabank colossus into a social media-friendly institution, he also had the podcasting skills to make me sound smart and somewhat eloquent on his Client Side podcast.
Perhaps I've now learned the method to his genious “Life is about discovering the right questions more than having the right answers.”
