This is what I'm talking about when I talk about the serendipidous and wondrous delights of the social web. Sean Howard at Spinglobe (alias Craphammer) has developed a first class tool for navigating through the marketing/media blogosphere in Canada.
He has taken the blogs that have signed up for our 1% army and the recent blogs that have signed up for our 1% army tournament and turned it into a micro community search engine...how good is that. Inspired stuff ...and another reason to get your blog on the roll call of the 1% Army. Just drop a line here or on Facebook with a brief description of your blog.
I've copied the tool and Sean's post below...
"Canadas 1% Blogging Army Search Engine
You can now search Sean Moffitt's 1% Canadian Blogging Army. Try it out. Any search you place above will be restricted to the list of sites on Moffitt's page.
I believe Moffitt has pulled together the most comprehensive list of Canadian Marketing/Communications bloggers to date. So I thought I would take a cue from misentropy and his plannersphere google search.
Enjoy. Let me know how it works for you. I've already found it a neat way to test the Canadian activity and perspective on a specific topic.
Be sure to let Moffit or I know if you want a Canadian site added to the list of sites searched."
I can now find out who in Canada is writing about my subjects du jour. Just one question - Sean when are you installing this on my toolbar.
